Serenity Garments delivers across India to all pincodes serviced by our courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally.
If your pincode is not serviceable, our checkout system will inform you before payment so you can choose an alternate delivery address.
No. 02Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timelines from the date of order confirmation:

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary slightly due to courier load, weather, festivals, or unforeseen events.
No. 03Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, excluding national holidays. Order processing involves:
- Payment confirmation (immediate for UPI; immediate at confirmation for COD)
- Quality check at our studio
- Careful packaging in branded recyclable materials
- Dispatch to courier within 1–2 business days
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

All shipping charges are inclusive of GST and shown clearly at checkout before payment.
No. 05Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link and courier details. You can also track your order anytime at serenitygarments.com/track-order by entering your order number and email or phone.
Live courier tracking is available through the courier partner’s website once the package leaves our warehouse.
No. 06Delivery Address & Failed Attempts
Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Most couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping charges of ₹79 may apply if the failure was due to address errors or no-response from the customer.
No. 07Cash On Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on most orders up to ₹15,000
- A handling fee of ₹49 applies per COD order
- The full order amount must be paid in cash or UPI (some couriers accept digital payment at the door) at the time of delivery
- COD orders may take 1 additional business day for confirmation calls in some areas
No. 08Damaged Or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return the package, or
- Accept the delivery, immediately photograph the damage, and contact support@serenitygarments.com within 24 hours with photos and your order number
For lost shipments (no movement in tracking for 7+ business days), please contact us. We will raise an investigation with the courier and either re-ship or fully refund the order.
No. 09Force Majeure
Serenity Garments is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, transport strikes, government restrictions, customs holds, or pandemics.
