Group 01Ordering & Payment

Browse our shop, choose your size, add to your bag, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose between UPI or Cash on Delivery, and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps) and Cash on Delivery (COD). A handling fee of ₹49 applies to COD orders. We do not accept credit or debit cards directly — we believe UPI is faster, safer, and more transparent.
COD is available on most orders up to ₹15,000 across India in courier-serviceable pincodes. The checkout will let you know if COD is not available for your pincode.
Yes — all prices on serenitygarments.com are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. The final payable amount shown at checkout includes everything.
If your bank shows the amount as deducted but you did not receive an order confirmation email, please wait 30 minutes — UPI sometimes takes a moment to settle. If you still do not receive confirmation, email support@serenitygarments.com with your transaction reference. Any uncompleted payment is auto-reversed by the bank within 5–7 working days.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days. Tier-3 and smaller towns: 6–9 business days. North-East and remote areas: 7–12 business days. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
Shipping is ₹79 for orders below ₹1,499 and free for orders ₹1,499 and above. COD orders have an additional ₹49 handling fee.
You receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also visit serenitygarments.com/track-order and enter your order number along with the email or phone used at checkout.

Group 03Sizing & Fit

Every product page includes a size guide with the exact measurements (chest, waist, hips, length) for each size. Measure yourself with a soft tape and compare with our chart. When in doubt, write to support@serenitygarments.com with your measurements — we will recommend a size.
No problem. You have a 7-day return window from delivery. See our Return Policy. We process the return as a refund — place a fresh order for the new size and we will refund the original.
We design with relaxed, modern silhouettes — not bodycon. Most of our pieces fit close to standard Indian sizing, but we recommend always checking the measurement chart on each product page before ordering.

Group 04Returns & Refunds

You can return any eligible piece within 7 days of delivery, in original unworn condition with tags intact. Full terms in our Return Policy.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is initiated within 48 hours. UPI refunds take 5–7 business days to reach your account. COD refunds (to bank/UPI you provide) take 7–10 business days. Full details in our Refund Policy.
We process exchanges as a return-and-rebuy: place a new order for the size you need, and we will refund the original after pickup. This way you lock in the new piece immediately, before stock changes.
Yes — before dispatch (usually within 24–36 hours of order). After dispatch, please initiate a return after delivery. Full details in our Cancellation Policy.

Group 05Products & Care

We work primarily with premium linen, modal, cotton, silk-cottons, mulmul, viscose, and high-grade blends — sourced from established Indian mills. Each product page lists the fabric composition.
Detailed care instructions come with each piece on the inner label. Generally: gentle cold wash, similar colours together, do not bleach, line dry in shade, iron on reverse at low heat. Linen and mulmul are best hand-washed for the first wash.
Yes. 100% of our pieces are produced in India by partner ateliers and shipped from our warehouse in Indore.
We photograph our pieces under controlled neutral lighting to be as accurate as possible, but slight variation can occur due to monitor settings and the natural character of premium fabrics like linen and silk. This is part of how the fabric behaves, not a defect.
